Amber and Brian made it down to Tulsa this last weekend and luckily we had some great weather to snap a few engagement photos around Tulsa. These two compliment each other so well, and it was awesome to see them walk around and joke with each other. I felt bad though as I somehow found the roughest streets, alleys, and sidewalks to walk through, and poor Amber was following along like a trooper in her high heels.
I’m really looking forward to Brian & Amber’s wedding in July here in Tulsa.

I love the black & white photo below:

This is one of my favorites from the day …

Doesn’t this black & white photo make Amber’s eyes pop?!?!

Yeah, so I’m not sure what Brian was saying here … maybe he was trying to sign to Amber?

Thanks Brian & Amber for taking time out of your busy Easter weekend to go out and get a few pictures taken!
Nice work! The first B&W shot is such a great portrait.

I got the opportunity a couple of weeks ago to get out and take some pictures of the Hernandez Family and to snap some pictures their little boy. It took a little bit to get him used to the camera, but in no time, he was hammin’ it up, flexing his muscles, throwing up the piece-sign, and goofing around like all kids enjoy. Anyways, here are some of my favorites from our family photo session at the park:

Daddy brought out the goofy side pretty easily …

This was my favorite family picture of the day …

I haven’t completely forgot about my blog, but pretty close. Well I just wanted to catch up with just a few things that have been going on.
Last month, the wrestling season finished up and I was able to get out and get a few shots and play around with the D90 at the state tournament; check out a state championship hightlight video below:
Anyways, over the next few days, I’ll have a couple of other shoots to post over and then I’ll be getting back to more regular updates, plus I need to post some pictures of my boys; they haven’t made a blog appearance in quite a while.

I am way behind on blogging and posting some of my recent work . . . I even have some 2008 projects that haven’t had their time here.
I wanted to just add a little post today to say Happy Valentine’s Day and a very special Happy Valentine’s Day to Tara!
And since no blog post can really be complete without a picture, here’s a picture of my beautiful wife back when we were living in our first apartment:

Well, three years ago today, I was fortunate enough to start my life with my beautiful bride. There’s not a whole lot I can say about Tara that I haven’t already said; she’s considerate, caring, loving, a great mother and wife, but best of all, she chose me!
~Tara,
I am truly blessed to have you as my wife, best friend, and mother to our two wonderful boys! Thank you for all that you do and all that you put up with from your three boys . . . we really don’t mean to cause you a lot of grief, but somehow we manage to do so. I love you and I am looking forward to all the memories that we get to share together!
And since I don’t like to post without a picture, here is a picture from our honeymoon in Maui:
